Methodology<\/h2>\n

Arrangements may include a variety of meals. You can choose to be fully taken care of every day. Or, for example, having a meal ready only on the day of arrival. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Or, imagine for grandma’s birthday or your parents’ wedding anniversary a full banquet is made for the whole group, so no one has to leave the table to prepare the food in the kitchen. I am happy to take that off your hands.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

What will be on the table? <\/span> <\/span><\/h4>\n

I try to cook with the seasons as much as possible and <\/span>Make as much as possible yourself. I also enjoy working with local suppliers. Whenever possible, I choose organic products. <\/span><\/p>\n

In consultation, many dishes are possible.<\/p>\n

I’m happy to accommodate requests and allergies. \n When I travel I like to take cooking courses. So too in Cambodia. It was a great afternoon, visiting the market and cooking together with big woks. I brought home a knife and chopping block.<\/span>

\n I bought a beautiful cookbook at a restaurant in Siem Reap, where underprivileged children are trained in cooking and serving, to give them a better future. Using this book as inspiration, I will prepare a delicious dinner for you. <\/span><\/span>

\nLamy family - a birthday celebration<\/span>\n

We were at the Orangery as a family for my wife’s birthday. Annelies offered to prepare the festive dinner, which I gladly accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n

What a great idea, because dinner turned out to be delicious and sumptuous!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The dishes were very sophisticated, very well thought out and prepared with seasonal vegetables from the garden. All beautifully presented with a keen sense of aesthetics.
\nService \u00e0 l’assiette was initially planned in the immense and opulent dining room, but was eventually moved to the garden terrace because the evening was as delicious as the dishes.
\nAnnelies not only cooks very well, but also provides perfect service with a smile, empathy and efficiency. It is worth mentioning that a variant for very young children was presented and provided by Annelies.
\nTo top it off, Annelies had prepared a beautiful birthday cake, personalized to my wife’s tastes and interests, a true work of art that must have taken her a long time to make.<\/p>\n

All in all, it was like being in an excellent restaurant, but at … at home.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nFamily van Leeuwen - a vacation in May<\/span>\n

During the first week of May 2023, 15 of us were allowed to stay in the beautiful Orangery. We had a great week, did and saw a lot.<\/p>\n

The last evening Annelies took care of dinner for us. For the children she had made plate pizza with raw vegetables and for dessert they had apple crumble with ice cream. What a party!<\/strong><\/p>\n

When most of the children had gone to bed, we were able to join them. The table was very nicely set with an old brocante service. After a glass of bubbly, we were served an extensive appetizer that included melon, French sausages, baguette with spreads, cheese balls, etc. The main course was a delicious boeuf bourgignon with couscous and grilled vegetables. It also came with a fine salad. For dessert, we too received a generous portion of apple crumble.
\nIt was delicious and for us a perfect ending to a great week! Annelies, thank you!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
