Nous \u00e9tions r\u00e9unis \u00e0 l\u2019Orangerie en famille pour l\u2018anniversaire de mon \u00e9pouse. Annelies m\u2019avait propos\u00e9 de pr\u00e9parer le diner de f\u00eate, ce que j\u2019avais accept\u00e9 avec plaisir.<\/span><\/p>\n

Quelle bonne id\u00e9e car ce d\u00eener s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u00e9licieux et copieux !<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mets tr\u00e8s fins, tr\u00e8s bien con\u00e7us et confectionn\u00e9s en y int\u00e9grant des tr\u00e9sors v\u00e9g\u00e9taux de saison produits dans le jardin. Le tout est magnifiquement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 avec un sens aigu de l’esth\u00e9tique.
\nService \u00e0 l\u2019assiette initialement pr\u00e9vu dans l\u2019immense et somptueuse salle \u00e0 manger puis, finalement, d\u00e9localis\u00e9 sur la terrasse, dans le parc, puisque la soir\u00e9e \u00e9tait aussi d\u00e9licieuse que les plats.
\nAnnelies non seulement cuisine tr\u00e8s bien mais assure un service parfait avec sourire, empathie et efficacit\u00e9. A noter qu\u2019une variante pour les tr\u00e8s jeunes enfants a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9e et assur\u00e9e par Annelies.
\nPour couronner le tout, Annelies avait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un superbe g\u00e2teau d\u2019anniversaire, personnalis\u00e9 aux go\u00fbts et centres d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de mon \u00e9pouse, une v\u00e9ritable \u0153uvre d\u2019art qui a d\u00fb lui prendre beaucoup de temps.<\/p>\n

\nLa famille Van Leeuwen - des vacances en mai<\/span>\n

Au cours de la premi\u00e8re semaine de mai 2023, 15 d’entre nous ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis \u00e0 s\u00e9journer dans la magnifique Orangerie. Nous avons pass\u00e9 une semaine fantastique, nous avons fait et vu beaucoup de choses.<\/p>\n

Le dernier soir, Annelies s’est occup\u00e9e du d\u00eener. Pour les enfants, elle avait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une assiette de pizza avec des crudit\u00e9s et pour le dessert, ils ont mang\u00e9 un crumble aux pommes avec de la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e. Quelle f\u00eate !<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lorsque la plupart des enfants sont all\u00e9s se coucher, nous avons pu nous asseoir \u00e0 table La table \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s joliment dress\u00e9e avec de la vaisselle ancienne de brocante. Apr\u00e8s un verre de bulles, on nous a servi un vaste ap\u00e9ritif comprenant du melon, des saucisses fran\u00e7aises, des baguettes \u00e0 tartiner, des boules de fromage, etc. Le plat principal \u00e9tait un d\u00e9licieux b\u0153uf bourgignon accompagn\u00e9 de couscous et de l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s. Il \u00e9tait \u00e9galement accompagn\u00e9 d’une belle salade. Pour le dessert, nous avons \u00e9galement eu droit \u00e0 une g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse portion de crumble aux pommes.
